Our machining offer includes milling, turning, grinding, EDM and surface treatment. Our facilities specialize in various industries such as medtech, industrial and energy sector, aerospace, mining and more.
First-class machining from small to large volumes
We offer a range of CNC-operated grinding methods, which ensures that the toughest tolerances and highest requirements for surface finish are met for first-class product quality.
Turbine components, offshore applications and gas turbines are examples of complex articles we have been manufacturing for a long time for the leading players in these markets. HANZA handles the entire value chain, delivers complete units and produce components that are installed directly in the turbines.
- Three- and five-axis deep grinding
With us, you will find most machines for five-axis grinding as well as three-axis grinding with the option of CD sharpening, tool change and integrated milling.
- EDM (electrical discharge machining)
We provide everything within EDM, with a high degree of automation, including die sink EDM with own electrode sharpening, wire EDM and hole EDM.
We have several five-axis milling machines (from Hermele, DMG and Micron) with pallet change for unmanned driving, which enables more cost-effective production.
- Non-destructive testing and metallurgical examination
We perform non-destructive testing (NDT) in fluorescent penetrant and destructive testing via cut-up.
- Heat treatment / Vacuum soldering
We offer heat treatment in a vacuum oven and air oven, as well as soldering in a vacuum.
Final and partial assembly and testing of machined parts.
We offer 3, 4, 5 and 9-axis milling, horizontal and vertical. Most with pallet changer for unmanned operation, which enables more cost-effective production in small and large volumes. We also have A-drilling rigs.
We offer both multi-operation lathes with integrated sub-spindle, rod feed, as well as robot-operated cage loading and simpler turning in controlled three-axis support lathes. In addition, we have B-axis turning where the input and finishing of the products is handled by robot cells according to the latest technology. With us, you will also find plinth turning in the company’s versatile chuck lathe fleet, as well as bar turning for the manufacture of hydraulic components and gun drilling, which in combination with pressure testing enables, for example, the manufacture of various components in fuel injection systems.
We offer die sink EDM with electrode sharpening, wire EDM and hole EDM. All with a high degree of automation.
We offer complete as well as partially assembled products where HANZA is responsible for testing, configuration and optimization of the entire product flow. The majority of the components are manufactured in our own factories and the remaining parts are sourced-in. Here, our customers benefit greatly from our global supplier network, constantly benchmarked by our sourcing department.
We have extensive experience in taking care of the entire value chain, including warehousing, delivery directly to distributors and end users as well as life cycle support. We offer consignment warehouses, kanban, VMI, 3PL and EDI solutions.
We help you with the development of prototypes and to facilitate a transition to series production. Prototypes are configured for immediate volume production. We also offer simulations before prototype production, guaranteeing that the details are viable.
