Our Joensuu factory is specialized in design optimization and manufacturing of welded sheet metal structures. Operations run
supported by a highly digitalized environment and is executed in a carefully organized production process that is built on Lean principles, where a rigid quality focus comes as first priority throughout the entire flow. The customers’ needs are supported throughout the process with design support for optimized producibility where the required quality, functionality and total cost for our customers is fully enabled when production is executed at any of HANZA’s manufacturing sites.

First-class and modern machinery for sheet metal construction
Fiber laser machines according to the latest technologies including automatic material feed and unloading process with optimal material flow which gives best performance and efficiency. Typical sheet metal thicknesses in our operations vary from 2 to 20 millimeters.
Our high technology bending process is flexibly suited for production in small and medium size series. 3D-simulation ensures short lead time, while high efficiency and modern machinery fulfills the most demanding quality requirements set by our customers. We have a wide range of tools for different types of press structures according to the customer’s requirements.
Powder coating line with mix of automatic and manual painting satisfies the highest quality demands. Flexible and quick color changes ensures on time deliveries according to customer needs. Cleanness is of utmost importance to achieve high surface quality.
Our robot and manual welding processes are certified according ISO 3834-2. We have capability to weld structural and stainless steel. The welding process is performed by IWE/IWS qualified staff with many years in the industry. Production facilities and lifting equipment are able to handle welded structures up to 500kg.

Our service minded engineers specialized in sheet metal constructions help you with design changes to adapt to tomorrow’s machine fleet. In addition, we support new product design through technical support in the latest manufacturing technology. We have long experience in manufacturability and welding jig & fixture design.
We offer complete as well as partially assembled products where HANZA is responsible for testing, configuration and optimization of the entire product flow. The majority of the components are manufactured in our own factories and the remaining parts are sourced-in.
