Our customers know their markets best. They often have innovative product ideas but need some technical help to realize them. To find out, which technical possibilities and limitations there are is our task. Therefore, a project with us usually starts with a workshop at the customer’s in order to develop a specification that enables a technically and economically sensible implementation of the product idea. We take into account the various stakeholders affected by a new product and thus offer perspectives from end-users as well as questions of warehouse logistics or product design. Our customers benefit from our experience from very different industries.
In addition to the preparation of the specifications and their implementation in hardware and software, our customers usually need further advice: Often questions arise regarding approvals and certifications that may be necessary for the product to be marketed. We answer these questions in dialogue with our customers, develop a coherent test concept and carry out necessary tests in cooperation with certified test laboratories.
