At HANZA, we are committed to promoting a responsible and ethical business culture while actively working to prevent corruption and misconduct. Taking ownership and ensuring clear, open communication are fundamental to how we operate.
Whistleblowers play an important role in safeguarding these values by speaking up when something is not right. To support this, we have established the whistleblowing function HANZA Hotline, a secure channel where concerns about potential irregularities within HANZA can be reported without fear of negative consequences.
Through our independent partner KPMG, we provide a safe and anonymous whistleblowing system available to employees, customers, and suppliers. This platform ensures confidentiality, allowing you to report suspected misconduct with confidence.
All reports are taken seriously, and KPMG carries out the initial assessment of every report to ensure objectivity and independence.
What can be reported?
Reports should concern suspected serious misconduct, such as:
-
Financial crimes, including bribery, theft, fraud, accounting violations, or other breaches of accounting or tax legislation.
-
Other serious irregularities that may impact HANZA’s vital interests or an individual’s life or health, such as severe environmental crimes, major workplace safety deficiencies, or serious cases of discrimination or harassment.
How it works
You can report incidents that have occurred, are ongoing, or that you suspect may happen. Each report remains anonymous and is assigned a unique case number. This number allows you to track the status of your case and communicate anonymously with the investigator through the secure platform.
To support a thorough investigation, you may voluntarily choose to provide your contact details. This information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.
Whistleblowing committee
All reports are managed in collaboration between KPMG and HANZA’s internal Whistleblowing Committee, which consists of:
- Erik Stenfors, CEO
- Diana Thorin, CHRO
- Local HR managers
