Manufacturer HANZA is taking another big step into the future by investing in VR technology for a more interactive experience than ever before. With the in-house developed VR app, customers can virtually explore the factories and technologies that are part of the global group.
HANZA is one of Sweden’s leading contract manufacturers and striving to be at the forefront of the industry has always been a cornerstone of the company’s strategy. Using VR headsets, customers can now experience a virtual factory tour of 15 of the group’s production facilities and gain a detailed insight into the advanced technologies used in production. This allows customers to gain a deeper understanding of the capabilities and machinery in a way that was not previously available.
– At the rapid pace of our growth, there is an increased need from customers to be able to visit several of our production facilities to initially determine which factory best suits their production and market. With our virtual “HANZA Factory Tour“, we can offer a fantastic opportunity to easily access all our units, and at the same time show the breadth of our range. As a modern company, we always want to be at the forefront and use the latest technology, it should permeate everything we do and the service we offer our customers, says Veronica Svensson, Sales Director Scandinavia at HANZA.
