HANZA’s CEO and Chairman of the Board increase their shareholdings

HANZA’s CEO Erik Stenfors has purchased 5,000 shares in HANZA for a total amount of SEK 738,000.

HANZA’s Chairman of the Board, Francesco Franzé, has in recent days purchased a total of 5,000 shares in HANZA for a total amount of SEK 770,800.

Following the share purchases, Erik Stenfors’ holding amounts to 655,000 shares in the company, corresponding to approximately 1.04%. Following the share purchases, Francesco Franzé’s holding amounts to 3,525,000 shares, corresponding to approximately 5.60%.
