Increase in share capital and number of shares in HANZA AB (publ)

On 15 December, the Extraordinary General Meeting of HANZA AB decided to approve a directed share issue of 250,000 shares previously decided by the Board of Directors. The issue was registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office on 22 December 2022. The company’s registered share capital thus increased by SEK 25,000 and amounts to SEK 3,927,992.80. The total number of shares in HANZA AB (publ) as of 30 December to 2022, the last trading day of the month, amounts to 39 279 928 shares. There is only one share class.
