Typical tasks include:

Process and track orders
Contract review
Entry of order confirmations, delivery bills and invoices
Delivery date tracking and delivery date postponements
Logistics – courier planning
Management of customer property

Who we are looking for

Commercial training
Professional experience in the field of order processing
English skills
Knowledge of an enterprise resource planning system
Experience with Office programs
Experience in dealing with customers
